Janet Haugen is an experienced independent board director with more than 20 years of serving on public and private company boards. She is also NACD Directorship Certified® and an experienced board committee member serving on and chairing audit, compensation, finance, governance, and special committees. Janet serves on the boards of Bentley Systems, CentralSquare Technologies, NCR Voyix, and West Pharmaceutical Services.

Janet previously served as a director at SunGard Data Systems, Paycom, and Juniper Networks. She also serves as an independent lead director at Bentley Systems and, for more than 15 years, was chief financial officer at Unisys Corp. Prior to that, Janet was a partner at EY, serving multinational technology companies.
