Matthew Pore is a Talent and Consulting Services executive with over 20 years of experience supporting C-Suite and Boad-level executives. Matt started his career in GIS mapping and data sales, then moved onto SaaS and Human Capital Services executive roles with RGP, Tatum, and Robert Half.  Matt is currently serving as VP of Consulting for HireBetter (FORBES 2022 – America’s Best Recruiting Firms & #1 Search Firm - Austin Business Journal, 2018-2022).  In his role at HireBetter, Matt supports his clients as an executive talent and consulting partner, focusing on emerging and middle market companies.  Matt also serves his clients as an executive level career advocate and advisor. Matt and his wife Carol live in North Austin and have two daughters who are attending college. Outside of work Matt enjoys playing basketball, skateboarding, and gardening.
