Robin Mendelson currently serves as a director of Mynd.ai Inc. (NYSE: MYND) and is a member of the audit and compensation committees. She also serves on the boards of two education-technology companies in the higher education and workforce sectors: Mainstay and Acadeum.

A former Amazon.com Inc. executive with more than 20 years of experience, Mendelson led finance and retail technology organizations and high-growth divisions globally, including Amazon’s US media division, where she had strategic and profit-and-loss ownership of the multibillion-dollar portfolio. Mendelson’s nonprofit board roles include TeachUNITED, where she is co-chair, and Rainier Prep, where she chairs the finance committee.

She holds a bachelor of arts from Duke University and an master of business administration from Yale University. Mendelson was a senior fellow at the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative and is NACD Directorship Certified®. She also serves on the Yale Alumni Association board of governors and other alumni advisory boards.
