Jennifer M. Grigsby serves on the board of directors and audit committee of CrossFirst Bankshares (NASDAQ: CFB), a bank holding company headquartered in Leawood, Kansas; serves on the board of directors, the audit committee and health, safety and environment committee of Superior Plus Corp (TSX:SPB), a leading North American distributor of propane, compressed natural gas, renewable energy and related products and services in the U.S. and Canada; serves on the board of directors, investment committee and chairs the audit committee of CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, Oklahoma’s largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier; and serves on the board of directors, compensation committee and the audit committee of SilverBow Resources (NYSE: SBOW), a Houston-based energy company actively engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas in the Eagle Ford Shale and Austin Chalk in South Texas. Ms. Grigsby is also a principal and co-founder of Amethyst Investments, LLC, a passive financial investment company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Ms. Grigsby served as the Secretary of Economic Administration of the State of Oklahoma from March 2021 to November 2022, overseeing more than 20 state agencies including the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the Office of the State Treasurer, the Office of the State Auditor and Inspector, the Lottery Commission and the State’s Pension and Retirement Systems.

Ms. Grigsby served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ascent Resources, LLC from 2015 until her retirement in 2020. Ascent Resources is a private exploration and production company established to acquire, explore for, develop and produce natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids in the Appalachian Basin.

Prior to her role at Ascent Resources, Ms. Grigsby spent almost 19 years with Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE: CHK) and served in various executive roles including Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President – Corporate and Strategic Planning.

Ms. Grigsby serves as the chair-elect of the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, has chaired the boards of directors of several Oklahoma not-for-profit organizations, and is the recipient of numerous awards related to her service to Oklahoma State University and the central Oklahoma community.

Ms. Grigsby received a BS degree in Accounting in 1991 from Oklahoma State University and her MBA from Oklahoma City University in 1999. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Grigsby is also National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certified.
