Lisa Zuniga Ramirez is the president of Exito Consulting LLC and holds several esteemed positions in the corporate and financial sectors. She serves as an independent director of Century Communities, a prominent homebuilder, and Peoples Financial Services Corp., the holding company of Peoples Security Bank and Trust. Additionally, Zuniga Ramirez is a trustee of the Trust for Professional Managers, overseeing a substantial $16 billion master series trust. With over three decades of experience in the capital markets, Zuniga Ramirez has acquired a wealth of knowledge in investment, finance, and environmental, social, and governance practices.

Prior to her “rewirement” in July 2020, she held the esteemed position of partner and senior portfolio manager at Segall Bryant & Hamill, an employee-owned asset manager managing assets worth $25 billion. Previously, she also served as a partner and senior portfolio manager at Denver Investments LLC, an employee-owned asset manager that was later acquired by Segall Bryant & Hamill in 2018. Zuniga Ramirez’s commitment to giving back is evident in her involvement with various nonprofit organizations. She serves on the boards of the Denver Foundation, the Denver Employees Retirement Plan, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Colorado Chapter, and Vuela for Health.

Furthermore, Zuniga Ramirez is a graduate of Boardbound by Women’s Leadership Foundation and holds an NACD Certified Director designation. She is an active member of Women Corporate Directors, Extraordinary Women on Boards, Latino Corporate Directors Association, and NACD Colorado. Zuniga Ramirez’s professional qualifications include the SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting credential, a master of business administration from Regis University, a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, and the prestigious chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation.

Beyond her accomplished career, Zuniga Ramirez finds joy in her personal life. She has been happily married to her husband, Ron, for 34 years and together they have identical twin boys, Roman and Mason, who are currently first-year students at Colorado State University. The family also includes two beloved dogs, Breck and Frisco. In her leisure time, Zuniga Ramirez cherishes moments spent with her loved ones and friends, indulging in her passion for cooking, playing golf, reading, and watching movies.
