Before retiring in 2015, Graham V. Smith held financial roles in the software industry for nearly 30 years. His most recent executive position was as chief financial officer (CFO) of Salesforce from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that role, Graham served as CFO at Advent Software, Vitria, and Nuance and held senior finance roles at Oracle, including as vice president of finance, worldwide operations. 
 
Graham currently serves on the board of directors of Axon (Nasdaq: AXON), GoDaddy (New York Stock Exchange: GDDY), and Procore (NYSE: PCOR). He previously served on the boards of BlackLine, Citrix, Mindbody, Slack, Splunk (chair), and Xero (chair). 
 
Graham serves on the board of Sonoma Valley Education Foundation, where he was chair from 2019 to 2023, and is a member of the finance committee of Sonoma Valley Hospital. 
 
Graham holds a bachelor of science degree in economics and politics from Bristol University in England and qualified as a chartered accountant in England and Wales.
